A Proposal PhotoShoot around the Historical, iconic locations of Oxford
Choose from the iconic Radcliffe Square, Oxford Botanic Garden or Punting.
Locations
Radcliffe Square- Radcliffe Camera, Bodleian Library, The Divinity School and Bridge of Sighs. Finishing at Christ Church Meadow outside of Christ Church College (used in Harry Potter nd the home of Alice in Wonderland!).
Radcliffe Square and one of the following…
Oxford Botanic Gardens- walk along the river, see historic Magdalen Tower in the background, visit the lily ponds and a beautiful flower meadow with flowers taller than us! Beautiful throughout each season. Include Radcliffe Square before or after.
We cannot take photos in the glasshouses due to them being very tight on space and delicate but we will visit them whilst we’re there, as they are well worth seeing.
Punting- a classic traditional Oxford activity. A small wooden boat along the river with someone punting for us (like you see in Venice).
Includes starting at Radcliffe Square before heading to the boat.
The way I work…
If it is a surprise proposal, I recommend letting your loved one know that you have booked an Oxford Photo Tour, so they expect a photographer, but don’t know that it will be a proposal. This way, I can say hello to you both and introduce myself and I don’t have to hide in a bush and jump out! Haha!
If you would prefer a completely secret method, I’m happy to discuss this but I find the above method works very well.
Please note: some locations can sometimes be closed due to graduation ceremonies or filming taking place. However, there are plenty of alternative locations we can visit if some aren’t accessible.
Oxford is also a very busy city so there may be people walking by in the background and things you generally find when out photographing on the streets. Of course, I try my best to avoid distractions as much as possible.
I am also happy to recommend other things for you to do with your time in the city.

Keep in mind you receive 15 digital photos in with the package price but in case it’s too hard to choose, you can purchase further photos from the online gallery if you wish.

£90 for an extra 10 images
£200- for all images in the gallery (usually a minimum of 50 images).
